Past Event: Domestic Violence

Loading

This week we take a look at Domestic Violence against men.

Domestic Violence is often portrayed as a gendered issue, with women being the victims. But this isn't the case. Today we listen to the stories of men who have gone through domestic violence and talk about their experience with it and the view wider society has of what they have gone through.

In this talk we listen to some stories of men effected by domestic violence, and talk about the impact it has on them and how they are treated socially.

This talk will be run by Men Are Human and hosted on the Men's Human Rights Discord Server.
